Customer testimonial videos

Book a call

The most persuasive thing on your website usually isn't anything you say about yourself — it's a customer saying it for you. I produce customer testimonial videos for businesses, coaches and organisations of every kind: specific, authentic, and built to earn trust wherever you need it, whether that's a landing page, a sales call or a social feed.

Why a customer's voice carries further than yours

Every prospect quietly discounts what a company says about itself. That's just the job of marketing. What they can't discount is another customer, ideally one who looks like them, describing the problem they had and what changed. A good video testimonial is the closest thing to a personal recommendation you can put on your own channels: a real face, a real voice, and a story the next person recognises as their own.

01 Trust you can't write yourself: it has to come from the customer
02 Peer proof: the viewer sees someone like them
03 Harder to fake than a written review, and people know it
04 Works at the exact moment someone is deciding
MyGPT · Munich

A testimonial mashup for MyGPT, edited together from several full-length customer testimonials. With all of their clients gathered at an event MyGPT organised in Munich, we used the chance to record proper standalone interviews, then cut the strongest moments into this fast-paced piece.

Specifics sell, adjectives don't

"Great service, highly recommend" convinces no one. "It cut our onboarding from three weeks to four days" convinces the next person to get in touch. The testimonials that land name a real problem and the specific change that came after it. In the edit I keep those concrete moments and cut the filler, so the customer story does the one job that matters — quietly answering the doubt your next customer was about to raise.

Chattermill × HelloFresh · Berlin

A longer, in-depth customer testimonial produced for Chattermill at the Berlin offices of their client HelloFresh. HelloFresh walks through exactly how they integrated Chattermill into their business and what it enabled their team to do. It's the kind of detailed case study video that answers the questions a prospect is asking.

One conversation, many assets

A single testimonial doesn't have to stay a single video. From one longer interview I can cut a whole range of pieces, each aimed at a different place you need it:

01 A hero testimonial film for your homepage or landing page
02 Short vertical reels for social and ads
03 Standalone soundbites and quote moments
04 A focused cut to drop straight into a sales deck or pitch

Filmed once, then working across your website, socials and sales conversations for months.

Linistry · MediaMarktSaturn · Ingolstadt

A more involved customer testimonial produced for Linistry at the MediaMarktSaturn flagship store in Ingolstadt, near Munich. Alongside the interview we staged the product in real use with store employees and actors, so the video shows the technology working on the shop floor rather than just being described. Showing the product in action like this is always worth it when the setting allows.

Max Hösl · Youth coach

A vertical reel made for youth coach Max Hösl, cut from a longer testimonial interview. Alongside the full-length testimonial, the client also gets a set of these short reels — we typically pull five to seven from a single sit-down, each built around one strong moment and ready to post.

Docker · Berlin

Filmed for Docker at a developer conference in Berlin. We caught attendees on the conference floor and asked what they think of Docker, gathering a stream of enthusiastic statements — peer proof you can't script.

Beyond the talking head

It doesn't always have to be a polished sit-down. Sometimes the strongest testimonial is a quick, off-the-cuff reaction caught on the floor of an event, where your happiest customers are already gathered. Other times a single customer's story is strong enough to carry a longer case study video, a before-and-after that walks a prospect through the whole journey. The format flexes to the story.

Movers and Makers · Munich

Captured at a Movers and Makers community event in Munich, the kind of gathering they run regularly. In a literal 30-minute break we asked participants what these events mean to them: quick, candid testimonials grabbed in the moment.

Chattermill · Berlin

Another customer testimonial for Chattermill, recorded at a community event they host in Berlin. The attendee talks about Chattermill's service and what it does for their business: a candid endorsement captured while their clients were all together in one place.

What you get back is a sales asset that keeps working when you're not in the room — a customer making your case for you, on a landing page, in a pitch deck or in an ad, long after the shoot is done.
